Monument Day 2025

More than 100 years ago, physicists such as Marietta Blau, Stefan Meyer, and Victor Franz Hess conducted research at Boltzmanngasse 3, which was then the Institute for Radium Research at the Imperial Academy of Sciences in Vienna.

On this year's Monument Day, researchers from IQOQI Vienna will provide insights into this historic research site and, weather permitting, offer a view from the roof of the building, where the Hedy Lamarr telescope is located.
